Sunlit Days

Slowly fading white, silk dreams, 
Slowly fading hopes,
Think of me as the whole world sleeps,
Think of me when I go,
Think of those sunlit days, 
Days spent laying in a bed of flowers, 
Think of those memories made, 
When upon us, happiness did shower, 
Those days now seem to slowly depart, 
But we aren’t the slightest sad,
Because we found much to smile about,
In those dreams and memories we had.
